Rachel Kadish’s most recent novel, The Weight of Ink, received the National Jewish Book Award and was a USA Today bestseller and a Ms. Magazine “Bookmark Title”. Her short fiction and essays have been read on National Public Radio and have appeared in publications such as Ploughshares, The New York Times, Paris Review, Slate, and Tin House. She has been a fellow of the National Endowment for the Arts, the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and Harvard/Radcliffe’s Bunting Institute. Along with writers Julie Lindahl and Derek B. Miller, she is a co-founder of the Sweden-based initiative Voices Between: Stories Against Extremism. She lives outside Boston.
